We’re now looking for a Senior NetSuite Consultant based in (or near) Pune, with strong ERP delivery experience and a genuine passion for structure, execution, and excellence.

Imagine this: you walk into a boardroom, the clock is ticking, the ERP implementation has hit its critical phases — today you’re not just a consultant, you’re the conductor of the orchestra. At Antire, we’re looking for someone who knows exactly how that moment feels, because you’ve been there. You’ve stood mid-delivery, felt the pressure, seen processes bend and align, and you’ve driven them across the finish line.

Here’s what you’ll dive into:

• You’ll not only implement NetSuite end-to-end, you’ll own the story. From scoping the business needs and aligning finance, to weaving in SCM, subscription models or project modules — you’ll stretch your influence across domains.

• You’ll translate financial processes into crisp ERP flows: closing the books, orchestrating reconciliations, ensuring audit readiness — it’s the “why behind the numbers” you understand deeply.

• Then you’ll raise your head and look around: what about inventory, subscriptions, projects? We expect you to be curious, jump into adjacent domains, and see opportunities where others see complexity.

• You’ll craft structure and quality like it’s your signature: build the methodology, set the standard, guide the team, elevate the delivery. Your frameworks will become future playbooks.

• You’ll collaborate across continents, time-zones and disciplines: Nordic clients, Indian delivery teams, finance leads, tech architects — you’ll bridge them all. You won’t just speak “ERP” — you’ll speak “business”.

We believe you have

• 7+ years of experience from NetSuite implementation or similar ERP deliveries

• A background as Delivery Lead, Solution Architect, or Senior Functional Consultant

• Strong understanding of Finance processes, and curiosity for domains like SCM, Projects, or Subscription

• The ability to build structure, methodology, and quality around you

• Confidence in communication and collaboration across teams and disciplines

• A base in or near Pune, and the ability to work seamlessly with Nordic teams
