Sr. Media Production Specialist

The BCA Manufacturing & Safety organization and Workforce Planning & Development team is seeking an experienced sr. media production specialist. This role will lead and oversee the planning, design and direction of media projects for key video productions, live events, and shoots. The specialist will develop long-term approaches for video production for the enterprise such as equipment evaluation, procurement, and maintenance and advice on shoot locations and graphics. Investigates, evaluates, and recommends new technologies and creative techniques.
Position Responsibilities:
• Leads and oversees the planning, design and direction of media projects for key video productions, live events and shoots.
• Develops long-term approaches for video production for the enterprise.
• Designs media strategy and directs pre-production, production and post-production media activities.
• Provides business unit and enterprise advice on media production activities.
• Investigates, evaluates and recommends new technologies and creative techniques.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 10+ years of video production including video shoots, graphics, and editing
• 10+ years of equipment selection and maintenance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Experience producing videos for Boeing
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications or similar subject area

Summary pay range: $136,850 -$185,150
