Primary responsibility is to determine the design and delivery of HIL, Simulation and Modelling and Vehicle based tests. Planning and development of necessary skills and resources including training, coaching & recruitment.

• Collaborate with Managers of System and Sub-System to understand the feature, system and software requirements and review these requirements for testability

• Responsible for the quality and sign off of test cases, methods and scripts (automated and manual) from the system and software requirements and for gaining concurrence from system and subsystem owners

• Responsible for completion of DVP and feature sign off

• Recording of evidence and data from testing to demonstrate robust feature sign-off from the Managers of system and sub-system requirement owners

BS degree in Engineering or related field

• 8 + years of delivering technical products through a team

• Demonstrable experience of budget and target management

• Relevant technical and professional accreditations

• Experience of managing a team of Engineers

• Experience of developing commodity test plans and sign off against requirements

• Experience of developing future test strategies

• Negotiation and influencing skills
