We are seeking a high-impact Senior Manager – Strategic Partnerships to build and scale a strong partner ecosystem within a fast-growing AI-first SaaS organization. This role will own senior-level partner relationships, drive partner-led revenue, and shape a structured partnerships strategy that contributes directly to enterprise growth.
You will operate at the center of strategic alliances, working closely with consulting firms, BPM organizations, and technology partners to unlock new business opportunities and long-term value creation.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all strategic partners, managing relationships end to end.
• Build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders across consulting firms, BPMs, system integrators, and technology partners.
• Drive partner-led pipeline and revenue by engaging CXOs, Partners, and Directors through a top-down selling approach.
• Ensure a seamless partner experience through strong ownership, responsiveness, and efficient execution.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to convert partnerships into measurable business outcomes.
• Develop and refine the partner engagement model to support long-term ecosystem growth.
• Travel as required to strengthen partner relationships and expand opportunities.
Location: Bangalore / Mumbai
Work Model: Five days a week from office

Required Experience & Background
• 6–10 years of experience in consulting, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or similar roles.
• Strong academic background (MBA preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to operate with ownership in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Stable career trajectory with progressive responsibility.
