The Sr. Manager PMO Wealth Management is responsible for managing the end-to-end Investment deal flow. This role coordinates with Wealth Managers (based at major international hubs) and oversees a dedicated Project Committee to ensure that every investor deal is treated uniformly. The Head of PMO ensures that the organization moves as one unit to handle everything for the investor.

In this role, you will:

Liaison & Coordination

• Ensure liaison between Wealth Managers (WM), the client, and the internal Bayut team to keep everyone aligned on requirements.
• Manage the client tracking from pre-sales, execution to post-sales activities ensuring a smooth coordination between departments.

Project Committee formation and Management

• Set up the PMO Committee based on the type of client (HNWIs/Family Offices/Institutional Buyers) and their unique requirements.
• Conceive, develop and manage the Project Committee to ensure timelines, action items, reporting and execution
• Ensure timely submission of IMs to Wealth Managers so they can be shared with clients.
• The incumbent will be responsible for handling client escalation and internal conflicts
• The incumbent will be responsible for the performance of multiple departments within the Project Committee, working together as one unit, and will be accountable for planned execution
• Ensure the full deal flow after the IM is accepted, overseeing core processes like payment processing, documentation, and contract finalization.
• Coordinate secondary processes when needed, such as SPV formation, company creation, or property management.

Post-Sale Services

• Oversee post-sale services and property management solutions to ensure the client’s investment is maintained after the deal is closed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or a relevant field. Professional certification in project management is highly valued.
• 10+ years of experience in managing complex projects. 5+ years of PMO experience
• In-depth knowledge of PMO processes and the Saudi market rules and regulations.
• Knowledge and understanding of Project Management Software’s and Applications like Primavera, MS Project, Asana etc
• Outstanding communication skills to listen to and speak with clients and managers.
• Strong organizational skills to manage high-stakes projects under pressure
• High level of integrity
• Highly organised and detail oriented.
• Adaptability to handle changing client requirements and market conditions.
