About the role

Transform the employee experience for Auctane’s global workforce. In this pivotal leadership role, you will scale and refine processes across the entire employee lifecycle, leveraging HR technology to build and optimize a world-class global shared service model. Leading a dedicated team of Tier 1 specialists, the ideal candidate is a dynamic dual-threat—a leader who can seamlessly balance high-level strategic vision with hands-on, flawless tactical execution.

What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle—including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding—to deliver a consistent global employee experience.

• Manage cross-functional coordination across HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, Finance, Legal, and Workplace to deliver processes that scale without ad hoc fixes or manual workarounds.

• Own and manage People Operations service delivery, including workload management, workflow optimization, establishing SLAs, and continuous product enhancements.

• Partner with global HR Centers of Excellence to draft, publish, and maintain robust standard operating procedures (SOPs) and global HR policies.

• Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for employee and internal stakeholder use to increase efficiency, eliminate single points of failure, and promote automated resolutions.

• Manage escalations and proactively build solutions that reduce friction for employees and managers across North America, Europe, and Asia.

• Use data to evaluate program effectiveness, guide strategic decisions, and iterate quickly on service delivery models.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of People Operations Specialists, ensuring the team can support both current operational needs and future global growth.

What are we looking for?

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Programs, or Talent Operations, preferably in a scaling or high-growth environment.

• 3+ years of experience in a direct leadership or people-management role.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity, compliance, and operational rigor, especially related to pay, employment status, and employee records.

• Experience managing global HR operations and processes across multiple time zones, coupled with a strong foundation in Philippines employment practices.

• Experience administering a centralized service desk or ticketing platform (experience with Jira Service Management is a strong plus).

• Hands-on experience with HR systems, onboarding tools, and compliance-related workflows, with the ability to improve or redesign systems as needed (experience with ADP WorkforceNow, Cloudpay, and/or Greenhouse Recruiting is a plus).

• Strong cross-cultural communication skills, with the proven ability to lead complex projects and influence a wide range of global internal and external stakeholders.

• The ability to use data to tell a compelling story, evaluate team effectiveness, and influence business decisions.
