セールスフォース・ジャパンの営業組織において、Mid Marketを担当するエンタープライズ営業部長のポジションです。

同組織の営業は、東京近郊の従業員数300~599名の中堅企業、ベンチャー企業を中心とした顧客に対して地域ごとに割り当てられたテリトリーのオーナーとして、売り上げ計画の立案を行い、新規のお客様に対する提案、および既存顧客に対するアップセル、クロスセルを行います。
営業先は経営者や役員などビジネスのリーダーが中心、コンサルティング要素の強い営業活動を行うことができます。

本ポジションでは、上記営業担当のマネージャとして以下を推進いただきます。

-中・大規模商談の創出からクロージングのリードと指南
-売上最大化に向けたアクションプランの実行
-管掌テリトリーに対する中長期での戦略策定
-営業人材の育成・コーチング
-営業メンバー及び関連する部署を含めたチームビルディング
-各種営業マネジメント業務等

Basic Requirements:

- 大手、または中堅企業の経営層、マネジメント層に対する直販営業経験

- 課題解決型の提案経験をお持ちの方

- IT業界における営業マネジメント経験(或いはそれに準ずる経験)
-人財を育てつつ、自身も成長していきたいというマインドセット
- 社内の関連部署のリソースを適切に巻き込み、チームセリングできるリーダーシップ

- 従来のやり方に固執せず、新しいものを取り入れるという感覚がある方
