About Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our team. If you are excited and driven to work in a faced paced environment leading senior-level technologists to solve our clients’ business challenges, then Ensono may be the right choice for you

• Experienced communicator at all levels of our client environments from C-level to engineering

• Well versed in the hosting technology landscape with 10+ years of leadership experience

• Previous experience in technical pre-sales solutions architecture/engineering, or a technical oriented innovation evangelist in IT transformation technologies

• Experienced with hybrid/private cloud, IaaS, and datacenter outsourcing solutions

• Conversant, direct experience plus, in hyperscale cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

• Ability to coach and mentor Solutions Architects to create multi-tower outsourcing roadmaps

• Domain experience preferably across multiple platform towers spanning hybrid/private/public cloud and distributed systems

• Comfortable with executive level positioning, and coaching Solutions Architects in the value positioning of complex solutions that span multiple disciplines such as migration, hosting, network, security, storage, backup and DR

Responsibilities

• Drive deal bookings by allocating and focusing appropriate resources onto specific accounts and activities

• Lead and enhance the performance for a team of highly skilled and motivated Solution Architects

• Player/coach and mentor Solution Architects in client facing solution value selling

• Empower and motivate teams to perform at their best in a stimulating work environment

• Collaborate with the Product Team to promote new and enhance existing offerings through client feedback

• Ensure proper staffing levels to support pipeline

• Drive continuous improvement through innovation in process velocity, tools and templates while mitigating risk

• Govern auditable risk assumption issue dependency methods through the solution lifecycle

• Work with Sales in strategic qualification to maximize win rates

• Ensure team projects are properly scoped, budgeted and technically accurate

• Report and interpret key performance indicators into actionable improvements

• Engage with our clients to provide thought leadership and guidance

• Ensure team members have opportunities to expand competency into new areas advancing their complexity portfolio

• Align product management to help drive appropriate product enhancements and changes to technology roadmap

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with engineering or computer sciences preferred

• 10+ years of experience in combination of individual contributor/manager in Solution Architecture, Engineering, or technical oriented innovation evangelist in IT transformation technologies

• Proven experience in managing complex solution cycles through the entire lifecycle

• Experience/exposure to hyperscale cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) preferred

• Well versed in the hosting technology landscape including compute, storage, backup, network, security, DR, DevOps and IT governance

• Good understanding of the sales process for large and complex opportunities including IT outsourcing

• Resourceful in crisis and expectation management while remaining calm and confident under pressure

• Has experience in auditing technical documentation to ensure completeness in a timely manner while ensuring acceptable level of detail, data integrity, and accountability

• Ability to share knowledge and expertise among various organizations within the company and to facilitate teamwork among those organizations to better serve our clients

• Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate strong problem solving skills

• Solidly proficient with common office applications such as MS Outlook, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Visio

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral, written and presentation)

Experience: 15+ Years

Shift Timings: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
