Our Opportunity
GPJ is hiring a Sr. Manager, Graphics Management to join our growing team and support various clients.
This role is on-site, requiring you to report to our Los Angeles or San Francisco office location a minimum of 5 days per week.
Your Role
As a Senior Manager, you will oversee the graphics process throughout the entire event life cycle, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. You will collaborate with fabrication, creative, production artists, and pre-press teams to create and maintain comprehensive graphics checklists for multiple events simultaneously, ensuring consistency and high standards. The Sr. Manager provides guidance on graphics pricing throughout the planning cycle and works closely with other departments to maximize the budget while maintaining creative intent. I establish and enforce project deadlines based on graphic production timelines, ensuring timely delivery. Additionally, I manage third-party vendors, overseeing file sharing, budget management, and delivery to ensure alignment with project goals and standards.

Your Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing or other relevant field.
• 5-8 years relevant work experience
• Experienced in GSuite, particularly Gmail, Sheets,Slides
• Advanced knowledge of the exhibit or sign making industry
• Exceptional organizational skills

Salary Range: $90-110k
Salary is dependent on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) experience, skills, and location.
