Shield AI is seeking a proven digital marketing leader to build and lead a world-class global digital marketing team that works alongside the field marketing team to drive awareness of the Shield AI brand, and to generate demand for Shield AI’s aircraft and software products globally. This leader will own the design and execution of Shield AI’s digital integrated campaign strategy, bringing to life our mission to protect service members and civilians with intelligent systems. The ideal candidate is a builder and operator — someone who is just as comfortable with day-to-day operations as they are with building and scaling global teams. They have a deep understanding of different regional markets and can deliver high-impact digital experiences that rival the best in the tech industry.

What you'll do::
Build a team globally to develop regionally adapted but globally cohesive digital marketing strategies across key markets Develop an always-on digital marketing program built on SEO/GEO and SEM strategies to clearly establish Shield AI as the leader in our space Develop high impact paid media programs across social, radio, OOH and other channels to establish Shield AI’s brand among key constituents in the market Partner closely with the Field Marketing team to support Shield AI’s presence at key industry tradeshows with digital marketing campaigns that reinforce our message and thought leadership through an omnichannel approach Partner closely with the Website team and Strategy & Operations to ensure a fully trackable/measurable digital marketing funnel Partner closely with Product Marketing team to inform their development of content that supports Shield AI’s digital marketing efforts, and the amplify messaging for key launches using digital channels Design the digital marketing components of a cohesive ABM program for strategic accounts in collaboration with the BD and Field Marketing teams

Required qualifications::
10+ years of experience leading digital marketing for brand awareness and demand generation. Diverse experience in B2B AND B2C contexts is preferred. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing to support field marketing teams / events 3+ years of building and managing global teams Proven success building and scaling global marketing teams with measurable business outcomes. Track record of producing high-production, brand-defining digital experiences on par with leading tech innovators. Strong understanding of regional market nuances and how to adapt messaging and execution accordingly. Exceptional leadership grounded in humility, curiosity, kindness, and decisiveness, with a reputation for building trusted, high-performing teams and partnerships. Passion for technology that protects freedom and human life. 

Full-time regular employee offer package:

Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
