Sr. Lead Operations (m/f/d)

About the role:
As Sr. Lead Operations & Supply Chain, you lead the Procurement, Culinary and Supply Chain Management teams. You ensure our Operational Excellence and make sure that our processes scale in line with our ambitious growth targets. Ideally, you have a supply chain background and know how to scale our supply chain + ops processes across Europe.

What you will do:

• You strategically build and scale our Europe-wide supply chain infrastructure into new markets – from planning to execution.
• You are the operative backbone of our business: leading the Supply Chain, Procurement, and Culinary teams and strategically expand them.
• You develop the long-term operations strategy in close alignment with the COO and the Leadership Team.
• You strategically build and scale our Europe-wide supply chain infrastructure into new markets from planning to execution; including capacity planning and forecasting putting a strong focus on supply chain partner management.
• You oversee the product roadmap together with our strategy & culinary team -  from conception through procurement to final delivery.
• You consolidate feedback from Strategy, Menu Planning, and Culinary and translate it into concrete operational measures.
• You establish KPIs and reporting structures that give you and the Leadership Team full transparency into operational performance.
• You push the team to continuously optimize processes along the entire value chain – from procurement to culinary.
• You build relationships with key suppliers, constantly screen the market are regularly on-site with producers, suppliers, and partners to strengthen relationships and solve operational challenges directly and have a strong sense to optimize costs per SKU.

About you:
• You have 5-8+ years of professional experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement.
• Ideally, you gathered experience in fast-growing scale-ups, FMCG, Food, CPG, or e-commerce, managing high-velocity SKUs along the supply chain.
• You have leadership experience and have led small teams for at least 1-2 years.
• You think strategically but remain hands-on and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves operationally. You know how the lead projects in a structured way.
• Ideally, you have already scaled an organisation and its supply chain across multiple countries in Europe.
• You are a natural leader: You inspire teams, create clarity, and drive things forward – even in ambiguous situations.
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
• You are highly analytical, data-driven, and make decisions based on facts and KPIs.
