Sr. Lead - Collaboration Design

Qiddiya Investment Company, a pioneer in the realm of entertainment and cultural development in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Lead - Collaboration Design to join our team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of collaborative environments across our diverse projects. By harnessing cutting-edge design methodologies, your role will be instrumental in fostering creativity, innovation, and teamwork throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of collaborative spaces that enhance communication and teamwork within and across project teams.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create inclusive and functional environments that promote collaboration.
• Implement best practices in collaborative design, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s vision and project objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather input from team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct research on industry trends, technologies, and workflows to continuously improve collaborative design outcomes.
• Ensure that collaborative design solutions are user-centered, ergonomic, and adaptable to changing needs.
• Coordinate and oversee the implementation of design concepts and strategies across various projects.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in design, with a focus on collaborative environments or workspace design.
• Proven track record of leading collaborative design projects from concept to execution.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions that prioritize collaboration and user experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in facilitation techniques and conducting stakeholder workshops.
