What we do:
The Sr. IT Enterprise Application Engineer is responsible for the strategy, planning, integration, and management of enterprise projects, applying technical and managerial skills to satisfy business, technology and systems project objectives. You will act as liaison between business multi-functional teams and service vendor solution team to lead project strategy and project planning and execution across various functions, driving projects to achieve critically important outcomes for our partners. The Sr. IT Enterprise Application Engineer will also ensure the stability, security, and optimal performance of the applications.

This position will be required to work on-site 5 days a week.

What you can do:

• Lead sophisticated application technology projects related to enterprise systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain System (SCM), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), and etc.

• Develop and drive enterprise project strategy and plans, aligning project tactics with overall IT project strategy

• Design and implement scalable and efficient enterprise-level applications based on business requirements

• Work closely with company partners to translate business needs into technical specifications and application designs

• Ensure that all enterprise applications aligns with business objectives and adheres to industry standard methodologies

• Support the implementation and integration of critical enterprise applications with other business systems, ensuring flawless data flow and process synchronization

• Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations for enterprise application enhancements and improvements

• Participate in multi-functional meetings and workshops to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business processes and requirements

• Develop a harmonious and positive working relationship with all partners, promoting the value of IT solutions and services in driving business success

• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure the stability and security of the applications

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application development practices

• This position will require traveling of no more than 10% in a calendar year

What you can contribute:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar area of technical study, or equivalent combination of education and experience required

• Shown experience as an Enterprise Application Engineer, Enterprise Solutions Consultant, or similar role

• 8+ years of shown experience in IT, with recent emphasis on enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, NetSuite, JD Edwards, Siemens, and etc.

• Strong understanding of enterprise-level application architecture and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies

• Knowledge and application of a well-adapted project management process

• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively communicate and establish relationships with a broad spectrum of audiences at all organizational levels

• Consistent track record to adapt to new situations and learn quickly

• Experience working with enterprise application integration tools and frameworks

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong written communications skills and experience writing user documentation

• Motivated, committed, and upbeat self-starter, dedicated to providing high quality and responsive IT services

• Tight-knit collaboration abilities to work successfully with multi-functional teams

• Confirmed ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of total compensation.
The pay range for this position is:
$159,881—$223,602 USD
