Job Description

Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

Expert level proficiency in iOS development with strong iOS, Cocoa/Objective-C/Objective-C++, and iOS SDK, with a minimum of 2 years of iOS development experience for mobile platforms.

Software design skills, including debugging, performance analysis and optimization for both mobile and desktop applications.

Knowledge of one or more scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Perl).

Prior experience using version control software, including Git.

Deep experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Core Text

Up-to-speed with the latest iOS version changes, features and requirements.

Preferred Qualifications Expertise in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

Previously published apps in iTunes store.

User interface development experience for iOS.

Experience with Interface Builder, Xcode and Cocoa Touch. Understanding of how to create adaptive interfaces that work for multiple device form factors.

Intimate knowledge of iOS design patterns and Interface Guidelines.

Experience with Linux/Unix OS, Eclipse IDE, and Linux command-line.

Solid understanding of XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, OAuth

Experience with front-end web technologies.

Expertise in HTML5, CSS3

Digital-media delivery, HTTP Adaptive Streaming, HLS, HDS, Smooth Streaming, MPEG, AAC & MP3 processing.

Experience developing client-server applications.

Good understanding of multithreading and inter-process communication.

Experience designing for performance, scalability and availability, and optimization for mobile platforms.

User interface development experience for iOS and/or Android.

Understanding of how to create adaptive interfaces that work for multiple device form factors.

Familiarity with databases and database concepts, including MongoDB and/or Oracle.

Prior experience with Windows development (Visual Studio IDE).
