The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As an Sr. Human Resources Manager you will serve as a strategic partner to leadership—connecting business strategy to people outcomes to drive performance, growth, and organizational health. You will partner closely with leaders to translate business priorities into workforce strategies, ensuring teams have the talent, leadership, structure, and culture needed to deliver results.
In this role, you are accountable for enabling business outcomes through people. You will leverage data and insights to guide talent and organizational decisions, strengthen leadership effectiveness and team culture, and design organizations that operate with clarity and accountability. You will also play a critical role in leading and supporting change—advising leaders, engaging key stakeholders, and ensuring adoption of initiatives that move the business forward.
You will help shape the future of work by partnering with leaders to redesign roles and workflows, integrating human and technology-enabled capabilities to improve performance. This includes building digital and AI fluency across leaders and teams, and driving adoption of new tools and ways of working to ensure sustained impact.

About you:
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Generalist, HRBP or HR COE roles
• Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders and influence decisions
• Experience translating business needs into talent or people-related actions
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate in a matrixed environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple levels of the organization
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders
• Demonstrated learning agility
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
