HRIS Analyst with 5 - 7 years of HRIS and/or HR experience
HRIS Analyst requires:
• General HR and HRIS Industry Knowledge
• Demonstrable
expertise configuring and maintaining business processes, application
settings, security, reports and dashboards in Workday HCM.
• 2 years of experience with Workday HCM, including at least one global implementation.
HRIS Analyst duties:
• Analyze large sets of data and ensure that migration of data from legacy sources to Workday is accurate.
• Leverage the existing library of standard reports from Workday, and augment as needed to satisfy reporting requirements.
• Build
and maintain strong relationships with partners internally as well as
3rd parties to ensure that all components of the Workday implementation
are successful.
• Develop training materials and ad-hoc end user support materials for Workday end-users.
• Contribute
to the development of an HR Operations model for the successful
stabilization and support of the new Workday application.
