Job Snapshot

Mindtickle is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to produce visually compelling designs across digital learning experiences. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

What's in it for you?:
• Design and develop high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, videos, static creatives, one-pagers, reports, and infographics

• Ensure brand consistency across all e-learning materials by adhering to established brand guidelines

• Conceptualize and execute innovative design ideas aligned with current market and industry trends

• Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery while meeting tight deadlines

• Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers and cross-functional teams across all stages of the learning lifecycle (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation)

• Create reusable design templates for scalable content development

• Review and maintain high standards of visual and graphical quality for all deliverables

• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support

• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and AI technologies

• Leverage AI tools to enhance design quality, efficiency, and productivity

Tools & Technologies:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Microsoft PowerPoint

• AI tools such as Synthesia, Veo3, Gemini, ChatGPT

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Figma, and 3D design tools

We'd love to hear from you, if you::
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

• 4+ years of relevant experience in graphic design and video production

• Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and current design trends

• Expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and multimedia design

• Excellent sense of color, typography, and attention to detail

• Ability to balance speed with creativity in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
