As Sr. Full Stack .NET Developer II, you'll deliver secure and reliable software capabilities for a highly visible and mission-critical customer supporting national-level operations. What you’ll do:

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and effective manner

• Work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team delivering technical solutions for mission-critical federal government systems

• Support O&M and design, develop, and modernize custom enterprise applications

• Apply secure coding practices across all phases of development

• Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retros, etc.)

• Support and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and effective manner

• Communicate technical decisions and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence through technical expertise and professionalism

• Use creativity and innovation to deliver solutions that meet customer and mission needs

What you’ll need to succeed:

• An active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred; Relevant experience may be substituted for education.

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.

• Demonstrated proficiency in C#, .NET, and modern application frameworks.

• Hands-on experience modernizing legacy .NET applications and containerizing workloads.

• Experience with Windows Server IIS, .NET Core 8+, .NET Framework 4+, Entity Framework, Quartz, Angular, React, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Docker.

• Possess a DoD 8140 DCWF Role of 451 – System Administrator with certifications such as Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP. Ability to contribute immediately.

SALARY RANGE: $170,000 - $184,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

• The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience

• The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs

• Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation

• This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:

• Performance-based bonuses

• Company-paid training and/or certifications

• Referral bonuses
