We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (.Net/Angular) who excels in hybrid environments, is comfortable working within complex legacy systems, and can methodically modernize them without disrupting existing functionality.
If you enjoy high-stakes migrations, SQL-level performance tuning, and bridging on-premise Windows hosting with modern cloud-native architectures, this role is for you.

It is required to reside in Uruguay or Argentina.

What You Can Expect (Responsibilities)

Lead the migration of legacy ASP.NET MVC and Web API applications from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET 8, ensuring stability, performance, and feature parity.
Drive frontend modernization by transitioning AngularJS applications to modern Angular (v20+) within a Microsoft-integrated ecosystem.
Manage database evolution from EF6 to EF Core, resolving migration blockers and optimizing SQL Server performance.
Operate and optimize Windows-based hosting environments, including IIS configuration, load balancing, and authentication model transitions.
Design and implement Azure PaaS solutions using Azure Functions, secure configuration management, and application monitoring.
Architect and maintain reliable background processing solutions using Windows-based services and job orchestration tools.

Requirements

7+ years of experience with C#/.NET, including recent, hands-on work with both .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET 8 at an advanced level.
Advanced experience delivering ASP.NET MVC (Razor) and Web API solutions in production environments.
Advanced, hands-on experience performing EF6 to EF Core and AngularJS to Angular (v20+) migrations.
Advanced knowledge of IIS deployments and operations, including Windows-based background processing (services, schedulers, job frameworks).
Advanced Azure PaaS experience with Azure Functions, Blob Storage, App Configuration, Key Vault, and SignalR.
Hands-on familiarity with Azure AI Document Intelligence is a strong plus.
