Sr Full Stack Engineer PHP / Laravel - Guadalajara, Mx.

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building robust web applications using modern technologies and will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software solutions.

📍 Location: Providencia, Guadalajara, Mexico

🗣️ Language: Bilingual (English & Spanish)

💼 Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work and currently residing in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack web applications using Laravel/PHP backend and Angular frontend
• Implement database solutions using SQL technologies
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
• Develop and maintain unit tests for developed solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other engineers
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards

Technical Stack

• Backend: Laravel, PHP 8+
• Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Database: MySQL/PostgreSQL, SQL optimization
• Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker
• Testing: Playwright/Selenium, automated testing frameworks
• Tools: Git, npm/yarn

Requirements:
Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Laravel/PHP for backend development
• Strong experience with Angular framework and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in database design, optimization, and complex queries
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with additional testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest)
• Understanding of security best practices
• Experience with message queues and caching systems (Redis, RabbitMQ)
• Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
