We are looking for a Senior Front-End Software Engineer.

Role Overview:

Features are developed by the Onsite Customer Growth team to enable client’s customers to drive growth directly on their websites. Accelerated list growth is delivered through ongoing investment in creative capabilities and the application of AI to optimize performance.

In the Senior Frontend Software Engineer role, a key contribution is made to shaping the user‑facing experience of onsite growth products. Performant, scalable, and accessible web interfaces are designed and built to empower marketers to create high‑converting experiences, in close collaboration with product, design, and backend engineering teams.

Information Security Responsibilities:
• Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
• Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Key Responsibilities::
• Lead the design and development of user interfaces for client’s onsite growth experiences

• Build reusable, scalable frontend components and systems using modern frameworks and tooling

• Partner with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless, performant, and visually compelling user experiences.

• Drive architectural discussions and make technical decisions that ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance

• Mentor and support engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and collaboration

• Identify opportunities for UI performance optimization and improved developer efficiency

• Contribute to frontend best practices and shared component libraries across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, ideally building large-scale, production web applications

• Expert in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend build tools

• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and accessibility

• Experience integrating with backend APIs and working in micro-frontend or service-oriented environments

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) and CI/CD workflows

• A track record of technical leadership - driving decisions, mentoring peers, and improving frontend standards

• Curiosity, ownership, and a passion for delivering high-quality, user-focused software.

Preferred Attributes: :
• Experience in Kubernetes hosted in AWS’s EKS.

• Infrastructure tooling includes Istio, Datadog, Terraform, CloudFlare, and Helm

• Java / Spring Boot microservices, built with Gradle, coupled with things like DynamoDB, AirFlow, Postgres, and Redis, hosted via AWS

• GraphQL, Storybook, Radix UI, Vite, esbuild, and Playwright for front end.

• Automation using Python, Metaflow, HuggingFace , PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Pandas

• Experience in performance optimization and security best practices.

• Ability to work in Agile environments and lead technical discussions.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
