• Passionate about UX, the elegant delivery of content, and mastering front-end development

• Passionate about the latest best practice design & build approaches

• Innovative and outside of the box thinking

• Interested in theories related to UI complexities / load time minimization

• JavaScript, HTML, CSS expert

• Strong understanding of browser compatibility and web standards

• Proven in responsive layouts and progressive enhancement/graceful degradation techniques

• Excellent working knowledge of Drupal (an advantage)

• Strong understanding of technical SEO, Google Analytics, Events & Goals

• An understanding of Social API’s

• Good project management skills, very organized

• Clear, concise and structured thinker and communicator

• The talent, grit and drive to help take us to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Take detailed requirements,determine the right front-end strategy and craft exceptional user experiences.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and the design team to help develop web plans, user journeys and wireframes that deliver the optimal user experience across all devices.

• Lead the research, scoping and coding of commercial websites, blogs, landing pages, interactive features and functionality

• Implement new processes and tools to help drive more flow into and out of the development team.

• Lead the front-end development team
