Job Summary of the Sr. Finance Business Partner

The Sr. Finance Business Partner will serve as a key liaison between the FP&A and BI team and the Marketing organization. This role will provide strategic financial guidance, performance insights, and analytical support to drive data-informed decisions across brand strategy, campaign effectiveness, and commercial planning.

Requirements of the Sr. Finance Business Partner

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, or strategic finance, preferably supporting Marketing or Commercial functions.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.

• Experience in life sciences, medical device, or healthcare industry is a plus.

Responsibilities of the Sr. Finance Business Partner

The specific duties of the Sr. Finance Business Partner include but are not limited to:

• Partner with Marketing leadership and FP&A and BI team to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans aligned with strategic objectives.

• Deliver actionable insights through financial modeling, ROI analysis, and performance dashboards for marketing initiatives.

• Partner with FP&A on monthly business reviews and variance analyses, translating financial results into strategic recommendations.

• Prepares valuation models and monthly key performance indicators.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, FP&A and BI Analysts to ensure alignment on KPIs and business drivers.

• Support product launches and market development strategies with scenario planning and investment analysis.

• Develop and maintain marketing spend tracking tools and ensure compliance with financial policies.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within financial and analytical workflows.

• Ad hoc reporting as needed.

This position is eligible for an annual bonus.

Salary Range
$100,532—$125,665 USD
