The Client Success & Media Operations team at JioHotstar serves as a dynamic force specializing in orchestrating end-to-end campaign setups for brands. Beginning with the initial ideation phase and extending through execution and analysis, we take charge of every aspect of campaign delivery and reporting. Job Summary:
• As a part of the Client Success & Media Operations team, you will manage end-to-end management of digital campaigns for major advertisers on JioHotstar, overseeing media planning, trafficking, setup and QA. Key responsibilities include tracking, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance, acting as a client interface for technical matters, and optimizing workflows for efficiency. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure seamless execution, strong campaign performance and an enhanced advertiser experience, while driving operational efficiency and testing innovative ad formats and third-party technologies for improved targeting and measurement. In addition to success on client campaigns, you will also work to drive broader positive outcomes for JioHotstar in the competitive digital advertising landscape.


Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the end-to-end management of digital advertising campaigns for major clients, ensuring seamless execution from planning to reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand client goals and proactively address evolving needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical matters, resolving issues related to ad serving, tracking and creative implementations.
• Drive innovation and adoption of new ad formats, targeting strategies, and third-party technologies to meet client KPIs and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Develop comprehensive client reports highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
• Lead the tracking, analysis, and reporting of campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.


Skills & Attributes for Success:
• Proven expertise in Ad Ops, with experience managing and setting up campaigns for Video and Display ad units.
• Ability to analyze multiple data sources, derive insights quickly, and evaluate scenarios to support informed decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into clear and impactful client presentations.
• Self-starter who can align with team goals and independently take ownership of analytics and operational responsibilities.


Preferred Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• Proven experience of 3+ years in digital Ad Operations, with a focus on campaign management and technical troubleshooting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, ad formats, and emerging technologies.
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
