Role: Sr.Enterprise Solution Security Architect/Project Manager
Duration: 30 months.

Description
Generally operating in a strategic capacity, works with senior management to evaluate existing complex systems and/or end-user needs to design and recommend an optimal strategic direction for business systems. Familiar with a broad range of healthcare-related business and/or IT concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others for limited periods. Frequently reports directly to an executive or a senior project manager. Creates value for an organization through the application of knowledge, techniques, and assets to improve business performance. May involve providing objective appraisals where it is often easier for an expert outsider to see the broader picture. Typically required to summarize and present findings to executive levels. A wide degree of creativity, independence, and latitude is expected.

• Experience implementing complex projects with cultural and organizational impacts
• Knowledge of Information Security controls, standards, and governance
• Work with all stakeholders including business, technical and supplier, to deliver on required commitments
• Ability to determine resource needs, develop detailed plans, and analyze status and report against the plan. Manages scope to a formal process.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and proactively resolve issues
• Provide IT leadership with an accurate assessment of project status and progress.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to define project estimates and forecasts.
• Monitor project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule.
• In-depth knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Adhere to Project Management Office policies, procedures, and methodologies.
Preferred Skills/Experience
• At least 10 years of experience in business and/or IT consulting roles preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects of moderate size concurrently.
• HITECH knowledgeable
• Information Security Governance work is a plus.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Develop detailed plans and schedules in Microsoft Project.
Education/ Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field required. Master's degree in related field preferred.
