Job Description

The pay range is $88,000.00 - $158,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. • Lead strategic infrastructure upgrades, replacements, and lifecycle projects
• Oversee MOP creation, reviewing, approving, and oversight
• Perform RCA and lead corrective action plans
• Manage infrastructure capacity reporting
• Drive energy efficiency initiatives and modernization roadmaps
• Provide technical expertise for corrective and preventive maintenance
• Participate in an on-call rotation as the escalation point for medium/high severity events and incidents
• Conduct site surveys, load verifications, and walk-throughs to support designs
• Review BMS/EPMS data for capacity and performance assessments
• Support medium to large infrastructure and maintenance projects
• Provide engineering guidance to engineers and technicians

About You:

• 4-year degree of equivalent experience
• 5+ years of data center or mission critical experience
• Advanced understanding of generators, switchgear, chillers, fire systems, CRAH, PDU, RPP, UPS systems
• Proficient in reading/understanding MEP building prints, one lines, and sequence of operations
• Familiar with Osha 10/30, NFPA 70E, ASHRAE
• Advanced familiarity with BMS/EPMS/DCIM and capacity planning
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and time constraints, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Moderate to advanced PC Skills
• Ability to alter shift to accommodate maintenance or shift coverage
• Ability to access all areas of the facility

The core role requires you to report and perform job duties primarily On-Site at a Target HQ location.
