Tech Firefly is partnering with one of the Biggest Entertainment Companies of the world based Los Angeles, United States. We are looking for a .NET / .NET Core Tech Lead to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. Your responsibilities include participating in the entire software development life cycle, debugging applications and communicate with employees & stakeholders.

If you’re equally happy to roll up your sleeves to write code and review other team members’ work, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll use your expertise in the .NET framework to help us deploy high-quality applications.

Responsibilities

• Work with .NET technologies – including .NET Core
• Define, architect and build high-quality software solutions leveraging AWS, Docker and Kubernetes
• Provide technical expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases
• Collaborate with other software engineers and cross functional teams
• Be a team player and contribute to project/team goals and objectives

Requirements:
• 3 to 8 years of software engineering experience in .NET Technology
• Mastery of .NET/.NET Core and REST APIs
• Real passion for coding; solutions orientated
• A Github/Gitlab profile or ability to demonstrate coding skill
• Dedication to Object-oriented (OO) design
• Expertise on the different system layers and capacity to demonstrate system design skills
• Capability to use data structures and algorithms to solve problems
• Strong communication skills, and collaborative development environment
• Familiarity with CS fundamentals
• Ability to understand, debug and write complex SQL queries and stored procedures
• Demonstrated ability with Unit tests, Load testing for APIs, and code quality best practices
• Familiarity with design patterns and anti-patterns
• Experience with concerns of application scale

Preferred Qualifications: • Test Driven Development (TDD) and agile methodologies
• noSQL (ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Explicit monitoring
