What Can You Expect?

We are seeking a strategic Senior Director of Digital & AI Transformation Programs to design, lead, and deliver our highest-priority enterprise transformations. This role is central to defining and executing the future-state operating model, embedding AI and intelligent automation at the core of our global services and processes. You will own the end-to-end program lifecycle for strategic initiatives, ensuring they deliver targeted business outcomes, foster adoption, and build sustainable capabilities.

As a Sr Director of Digital & AI Transformation Programs you will have the opportunity to:
1. Strategic Program Design & Leadership
Design and architect enterprise-level transformation programs focused on AI adoption, digital service industrialization, and future-ready operating models.
Lead the delivery of complex, multi-year strategic programs from vision to value realization, ensuring alignment with enterprise objective and return on investment
Develop comprehensive business cases, transformation roadmaps, and success metrics for AI and digital acceleration initiatives.
2. AI & Digital Transformation Execution
Spearhead the integration of AI/ML, GenAI, and intelligent automation into core service delivery and business processes, moving beyond pilots to scaled industrialization.
Drive the transformation of Global capabilities into a scalable, AI-augmented technology and digital services function.
Champion data-driven decision-making and the adoption of new digital tools and platforms.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership
Act as a strategic partner to global CIOs, Country Business Leaders, and C-suite executives to shape the digital agenda and secure buy-in for transformative change.
Lead sophisticated change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies, processes, and mindsets across the organization.
Manage complex stakeholder landscapes, communicating vision, progress, and value at all levels to build a coalition for change.
4. Talent & Innovation Catalysis
Define future-state capability frameworks and lead initiatives to build a future-ready workforce, emphasizing AI literacy, data fluency, and strategic program leadership.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, establishing practices (e.g., innovation sprints, capability academies) to sustain transformation momentum.
Build and develop high-performing program teams capable of leading complex change.

10+ years of proven experience in designing and leading large-scale digital/AI/business transformation programs within global, complex organizations.
Deep expertise in AI/ML and automation technologies (GenAI, AgenticAI) with a track record of moving initiatives from concept to scaled value delivery.
Mastery of program leadership disciplines (Agile, Hybrid), change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci), and strategic stakeholder management.
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience building business cases and managing multi-million dollar program portfolios.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging both technical teams and executive leadership.
Experience in building and developing talent in transformation, change management, and emerging technologies.
