As a Senior Delivery Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end delivery efforts, ensure customer satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships. You’ll be instrumental in driving adoption of our CRM and platform solutions, optimizing customer outcomes, and supporting clients on their digital transformation journeys. You’ll lead complex, multi-workstream engagements across our integration, automation, and data portfolios (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Appian, Pega, Databricks). You own outcomes end-to-end: scope, plan, deliver, and grow accounts while coaching cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities: 

Delivery Leadership & Governance

Own delivery for 1–3 concurrent enterprise projects; ensure on-time, on-budget, on-scope execution.
Translate SOWs into actionable plans (milestones, resourcing, dependencies, critical path, acceptance criteria).
Run governance: weekly status, RAID logs, change control, steering committees, and executive readouts.
Ensure Definition of Ready/Done, quality gates, release readiness, and successful cutovers/hypercare.
Serve as the primary client point of contact for project delivery .
Align business and technical stakeholders; drive decision logs and acceptance criteria.
Identify expansion opportunities with account teams and architects; build long-term partnerships.

Project Delivery 

Manage successful end-to-end delivery of software projects for our clients.
Drive the lifecycle using practical Agile techniques; champion Agile adoption and help clients transition from waterfall, where needed.
Lead teams of BIG consultants and client resources, ensuring delivery dates are met.
Partner with stakeholders to define business processes, integration needs, and opportunities to innovate and automate using BIG technologies.
Provide timely, detailed status reporting,highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
Mentor emerging leaders and junior team members; contribute methods and best practices to the Delivery Management function.
Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog prioritization, feedback, and clarifications.
Present product increments during sprint demos; clearly articulate delivered capabilities.
Drive technology adoption and client self-sufficiency; foster widespread use of AI driven methods within the project delivery cycle.

Business Consulting Expertise

Apply strong consulting skills to solve customer problems and improve outcomes.
Dive into the client’s business domain; present strategies to C-level executives and decision-makers.
Comfortably challenge the status quo to drive better solutions; train end-users (where needed) and communicate change effectively.

Program/Project Management & Cross-Functional Alignment

Stand up delivery cadences (standups, reviews, retros) and manage cross-team sequencing and handoffs.
Partner with Solution/Enterprise Architects to align design decisions with business value.
Oversee release planning, and cutovers with clear rollback/contingency plans.

Financial & Commercial Ownership

Own project financials: forecast, burn, margin, variance.
Manage scope and pursue change orders; ensure timely approvals and invoicing hygiene.
Support pre-sales (estimation, delivery approach, risk posture) and contribute to proposals/SOWs.

Required Skills & Experience

8–12+ years in consulting/IT delivery, including 3–5+ years managing large programs or multiple projects.
Proven track record delivering projects based on SAAS platforms such as: Boomi/MuleSoft, Appian/Pega, Databricks/modern data, or adjacent cloud solutions.
Strong client leadership, executive communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Mastery of delivery mechanics: RAID, change control, estimation, resource planning, Agile/Scrum.
Financial acumen: forecasting, margins, burn, and variance analysis.

Travel: from 20-35% within Canada and the United States (client dependent).
