Mandatory

1. Need to have experience with business Rules, Stored Procedures and Optimizations

2. Strong Experience with SQL Server 2012, 2014 and good knowledge on in-memory functions.

3. Hands-on SQL Server development experience including DW schema design, implementation and optimization

4. Strong experience with SQL Data modeling and designing the data marts for different source of data.

5. Advanced Data Modeling Skills with SQL database including good skills in designing complex queries, stored procedures

6. Ability to move between high level architectural review/design and the "roll up the sleeves" level of actually doing all phases of a solution delivery project

7. Strong working experience with SSIS, SSRS and/or SSAS

8. Experience with any of the following is a plus: Cloud IaaS/PaaS, Azure, Cloud Integration etc.

9. Responsible for performance tuning of database functions, SQL queries, and stored procedures to ensure scalability demands are satisfied.

10. A deep understanding of, and experience using and explaining all aspects of, relational database design, multidimensional database design, OLTP, OLAP, KPIs, Scorecards, and Dashboards

11. Experience leading technical discussions on data warehouse appliance technology (hardware, software, database, storage).

12. Gather and document functional and technical requirements, and translate requirements into reporting solutions, analytic tools and dashboards

13. Develop solutions patterns, data flow diagrams, data models and architectural specifications

14. Integration experience with ETL (Working Experience with SAP BODS is a plus)

15. Understanding of Big Data, Hadoop eco systems is a plus

16. Knowledge and work experience developing solutions using Programming language like Java, C++, Python is a plus

17. Experience in integration with Analytical Tool such as Tableau / Business Objects is a plus

18. Knowledge of the Data and Analytics and Agile Implementation Lifecycle

19. Client-centric mentality: reliable, professional, exceeds expectations

20. Able to handle projects independently and manage client expectations and deliverables in a timely manner

21. Ability to lead a team of 3 - 5 consultants and mentor junior consultants

22. Excellent organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment and manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

23. Demonstrated skill at presenting complex development topics to technical and business users
