Sr. Coordinator, Corporate Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the preparation of accounting information for each market, working directly with local accountants.
• Consolidate financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP and prepare corporate reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and internal group policies.
• Prepare and review documentation for internal and external audits.
• Responsible for preparing and maintaining business unit reports according to management guidelines.
• Coordinate the submission of required information and monitor deliverables and deadlines for consolidated financial statement audits under US GAAP, as well as preparation of information for US tax filings.

Reporting and Executive Support:

• Prepare executive reports and financial analyses for senior management.
• Collaborate in the creation and monitoring of new business units and reporting structures.

Requirements:
Education and Experience:

• Certified Public Accountant or related degree.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in corporate accounting, auditing, or financial reporting.
• Proven experience in financial statement consolidation.
• Experience working with multiple jurisdictions and distributed teams.

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong command of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle NetSuite (mandatory).
• Advanced Excel skills and solid analytical capabilities.

Languages:

• Advanced English, spoken and written (mandatory).
