We are looking for an experienced SAP Project System Consultant to join our Agile team supporting SAP small developments for Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and propose solutions for:• SAP PS module developments
• Integration of Project Master & project‑related data with 3rd‑party tools (e.g., PPM Power App)
• New process concepts (e.g., enhanced Change Pointer mechanism in PS)

• Prepare documentation and support testing activities
• Perform minor SAP PS customizing based on existing templates
• Provide Level 3 support for incidents and problem‑solving
• Apply S/4HANA knowledge (mandatory)
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Learn new tools and concepts proactively
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards

The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Pune – but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance from a reputed university.

Experience

• Minimum 4–7 years of SAP PS experience in manufacturing along with global exposure.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in SAP Project System (PS) customizing, including defining functional specifications, interface changes, and preparing detailed documentation.
• Good working knowledge of SAP MM, SD, PP, and FICO modules to support end‑to‑end understanding of business processes and cross‑functional integrations.
• Familiarity with—and preferably hands‑on experience in—Agile development methodologies.

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance from a reputed university.
