As a member of our sales team, you’ll play a vital role in driving revenue growth. Your focus will be on account management, driving incremental revenue by helping your clients reach their campaign goals consistently.
Main responsibilities:
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, develop trust relationships and pitch new solutions or improvements.
• Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
• Solve any issues faced by clients.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide sales forecasts and market updates to Aleph management.
Skills and experience required:
• 3+ years in some of the following roles or similar ones
- Key account manager in a leading performance marketing agency.
- Account manager in any major advertising platform (Google, Facebook, etc.).
- Performance specialist or similar in a marketing team.
- Customer success manager in marketing technology company.
Digital marketing knowledge:
• Experience running sophisticated SEM campaigns with large budgets.
• Experience running other performance campaigns is also valuable (Objectives: ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc.).
• Attribution models and experiments design.
• Conversion tracking (pixels, MMPs, SDKs).
Personal skills:
• Proactive commercial mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Analytical acumen and attention to detail.
Languages:
• English (required)
• Spanish (required)
Tools:
• Required: Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Slides.
• Desirable: Analytics, Tag Manager, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.), Looker studio.
