Minimum Job-Specific Skills/Qualifications Required (in order of relative importance):
The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience in the following:
Three plus years experience as a business analyst, including participation and/or lead role in one or more of the following comparative evaluations:
at least two business applications/systems an out of the box vs. configured versions of the same business applications/systems or an integrated work management system vs. a best-in-breed approach
Two Years minimum as a sr. business analyst
Skilled in writing documentation including Cost Benefit Analysis, Gap Analysis, Business Requirements and Specifications, Test Plans and Scripts, and schedules.
One plus year of experience in market research, identification of viable alternatives and/or use of “off the shelf” business applications.
Skilled in evaluating business processes in any current business application system and proposing improvements.
Two plus years experience interacting with internal and external groups to gather business requirements and document business processes.
Skilled in Program or Project Management.
Additional Skills/Qualifications Desired:
Recent experience working with TRIRIGA or a similar real estate/facility management system
Recent experience working with Real Estate and/or Facility Management and/or Environmental and/or Financial business units
Experience working within a non-technology business unit
