Sr. Brand Designer

At Aerolab, we build digital-first brands that connect strategy, storytelling, and product. We’re looking for a Sr. Brand Designer to lead the creation of identity systems, campaign visuals, and brand worlds that are as thoughtful as they are bold. You’ll work across industries, collaborating with startups and established companies to shape how their brand looks, feels, and speaks.

Our processes are iterative, collaborative, and always evolving. We care as much about craft as we do about context, and we value people who bring both imagination and clarity to their work.

What You'll Do

• Lead brand identity projects end-to-end, from concept to rollout

• Design complete visual systems that work across digital touchpoints

• Translate brand strategy and narrative into design decisions and visual direction

• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and devs across product and marketing workstreams

• Present to clients and guide conversations around brand thinking and design rationale

• Contribute to internal rituals and help shape the design culture of the agency

• Balance execution and exploration. You’ll ship real work, but also push for what’s next
