Experience with architecting Big Data solutions

Experience with data management concepts and fundamentals – Relational Databases, MPP, Metadata, Workflow, Ontology, Collaboration, etc.

Solid understanding of Big Data concepts – Hadoop and Advanced Analytics, Text Analytics, Machine Learning, etc.

Understanding of HDFS, Pig, Hive, Mahout, Hbase, etc. - no development experience needed

Knowledge of Big Data landscape and vendors – IBM,Oracle, Teradata, etc.

Experience in creating solution architectures based on business use cases

Experience with both structured and un-structured data

Understanding of data life-cycle

Relational Databases, MPP, --Metadata, Workflow, Ontology, Collaboration
