Job Description

Accion Labs is a global technology services firm with offering a full range of product life-cycle services in the emerging technology segment. This includes Web 2.0, Open Source, SaaS/Cloud, Mobility, IT Operations Management/ITSM, Big Data and traditional BI/DW.

Through nine global offices and a rapid-response delivery model, Accion offers a range of engagement models such as turn-key projects, extended-teams, shared-IP development, offshore-leveraged engagements and professional staffing (contract, contract-to-hire & direct perm).

Role: (Sr.) Backend Product Manager

Job Description

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

· 3~7 years experience in payment, claim, logistics related operation or new usiness planning work, preferably in ecommerce industry

· Ability to communicate with executives and external partners.

· Prior successful collaboration and/or leadership within cross-functional engineering teams.

· A keen interest in technology and new technology trends.

· Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

· Detail oriented.

· A self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to bring out this quality in others.

· Able to set clear and deliverable goals. Demonstrate tenacity, commitment to deliver and be accountable for results.

· Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
