Responsibilities

As an Analytics Engineer, you will bridge the gap between data engineering and data analysis, enabling scalable and reliable data pipelines. This role requires strong skills in data modeling, SQL development, and collaboration with stakeholders.

• Model data with a focus on analytical consumption, applying best practices to structure data marts, views, and semantic layers aligned with business needs (Databricks and Redshift).
• Build dashboards and management reports using tools like Qlik Sense / Tableau, focusing on clarity, user autonomy, and action-oriented insights.
• Translate business needs into data solutions, working closely with product leadership.
• Create and maintain SQL and Python scripts for data analysis, automation, and consolidation from various internal and external sources.
• Ensure governance, consistency, and documentation of developed analytical solutions.
• Automate analytical processes using Python, SQL scripts to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Act as a technical reference, promoting knowledge sharing and analytical best practices across business teams.

Requirements:
• Solid experience in SQL and Spark (PySpark) for analysis and development of analytical views.
• Proficiency in visualization tools preferably Tableau (Qlik Sense, Power BI or others)
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, data mart design, and business-oriented analytical models.
• Familiarity with dbt, Git, and collaborative documentation tools
• Ability to translate business needs into reusable and governed analytical solutions.
