The Consulting unit delivers services anchored on the integrated Community™ framework across the areas of Organization Design, Salary Scale Design, Skills and Performance, and Compensation Consulting, These areas are critical to showcasing Birches Group’s expertise in integrated Human Resource (HR) management and its capacity to design and deploy tailored workforce management solutions for clients that effectively address their unique challenges and needs.
The Sr. Analyst, OD is responsible for monitoring and executing outputs and projects related to Community™ Jobs, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. Serving as a primary resource for the OD team, the role monitors the execution of job design and evaluation projects as well as other Community™ projects, ensuring the delivery of customized outputs that meet client needs and align with Birches Group and Consulting unit standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review project execution and outputs across OD services, ensuring rigorous quality control of deliverables and the consistent application of the Community™ standard.
Oversee compilation and reconciliation of client data to identify gaps and initial recommendations supporting the development of comprehensive client solutions aligned to the Community™ framework.
Advise Consulting team members on issues and opportunities arising during project execution and recommend improvements to enhance delivery of Community™ solutions and inform future project strategies and planning.
Mentor and train resources on OD project processes and the application of optimal Community™ Jobs solutions to address varying client types and client needs.
Advise clients and external colleagues on guidelines, timelines, procedures, and methodologies used in the provision of OD services to build an informed basis for interactions and to sustain smooth service delivery.
Anticipate potential issues during project execution/implementation that may impact the timely delivery of services and recommend approaches to mitigate disruptions.
Gather feedback on project activities and service delivery from clients and/or other teams to sustain the organization’s reliability and reputation for delivery while ensuring high quality standards for Community™ outputs and solutions.
Targeted Specialized Knowledge
Completion of Secondary School; Certificates/Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Prior specific experience in delivering job evaluation and design/salary scale design/skills and performance/general consulting services.
Fluency in English essential to communicate in writing and speaking.
