Job Description
Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.
As a Sr. Analyst, HRIS on the Human Resources Operations team, you will serve as the lead subject matter expert for the UKG Benefits Administration module, owning the reliability, integrity, and effectiveness of our benefits systems. This role creates value through principled execution; configuring and optimizing system functionality, resolving complex issues, and continuously improving processes using real-time operational insight. When done well, this work prevents downstream errors, enables accurate payroll and benefits administration, and strengthens system resilience. This is a strong opportunity for someone who takes pride in applying deep expertise behind the scenes to remove friction, support teammates, and deliver high-impact outcomes for employees.
How You Will Contribute:
• System Ownership & Configuration: Lead configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of the UKG Benefits Administration module, ensuring accurate setup for benefits eligibility, deductions, and employee enrollment.
• Open Enrollment Readiness: Own end-to-end Open Enrollment system preparation, including year-end and new-year configuration changes, audits, and proactive data integrity checks.
• Process Documentation: Maintain clear, accurate process documentation and system configurations to support consistency, knowledge sharing, and operational continuity across the team.
• Integrations & Vendor Support: Serve as the primary subject matter expert for benefits-related system integrations, file feeds, and vendor implementation support.
• Capability Building & Resilience: Expand UKG module expertise into additional areas such as Document Manager, reducing key-person dependencies and increasing team agility and resilience.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Payroll, HR Operations, and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely data flow and compliance across benefits and payroll processes.
What You Will Bring :
• 2+ years of experience with UKG Pro and UKG Benefits Administration (PlanSource), including configuring and supporting Open Enrollment and life event processes.
• Ability to quickly learn and support additional UKG modules, such as Document Manager (HRSD), to meet evolving team needs.
• Familiarity with benefits data integrations and payroll deduction processes.
• Strong ability to conduct audits, troubleshoot issues, and identify system-driven solutions.
• Clear, concise documentation skills and the ability to translate technical system work into actionable steps for others.
• A mindset of taking initiative, looking for ways to improve how things work, and following through to get things done.
• Comfort working independently in a highly technical role that supports broader team goals.
• Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.
What We Offer :
• Competitive benefits: Enjoy a 6% 401(k) match with immediate vesting, flexible time off, comprehensive health and dental plans, plus wellness and mental health support through Peloton and Talkspace.
• A meaningful career: Join a passionate community of over 1,300 employees dedicated to improving lives and driving innovative solutions to complex social challenges.
• Commitment to growth: Thrive in a non-hierarchical environment that empowers employees to discover, develop and apply their unique talents.
• Competitive compensation: Our approach rewards the value you create through competitive salaries and bonus opportunities, allowing you to share in the success you help drive.
