JOB ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Achieves e-commerce information architecture operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production and quality standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
* Confirms architecture capability and flexibility to support high availability web applications by developing analytical models; completing validation tests.
* Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
* Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
* Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems

MANDATORY SKILLS:
* Conduct technical assessments of complex client CMS architectures, implementations and usage
* Design prototypes, templates and pilot solutions to demonstrate industry best practices
* Participate in practice development activities in creating solutions and repeatable assets
* Develop, implement and configure web content management solutions using AEM (Adobe CQ) (desired) and technologies such as Java, HTML/DHTML, XML, JavaScript, and web services
* Assist clients in achieving strategic e-business objectives through technology solution implementation, taking a technical leadership role in some circumstances
* Java Development experience in a team environment.
* Experience in HTML5, DHTML, CSS3 and JavaScript
