Job Description Summary

The Solutions Department is a strategic team that bridges the gap between business vision and technical reality. As a Sr. Account Solution Engineer, you are a specialist pre-sales expert covering Salesforce's Digital portfolio, including Marketing Cloud (Engagement, Personalization, Intelligence, Data Cloud) and Commerce Cloud (B2C, B2B, Order Management).

You will be working closely with Account Executives and the Taiwan core SE team, you will serve as a trusted advisor and digital transformation specialist.

You will help customers across Taiwan’s key industries design and realize their end-to-end customer experience vision—from initial marketing engagement through to the final purchase.

Role Responsibilities | 工作內容

1. Solution Proposals & Strategic Planning (解決方案提案活動)

• Strategic Vision: Formulate digital solutions tailored to customer business needs and assist in planning future-proof roadmaps that integrate marketing and commerce.

• Customized Demonstrations: Create and deliver high-impact, customized demonstrations to provide a concrete vision for solving complex digital challenges.

• Proposal Excellence: Develop comprehensive technical proposals focusing on solution architecture, data flow, and implementation strategies.

2. Development of Sales Assets (銷售工具與資產開發)

• AI Innovation: Leverage expertise to create industry-specific solution templates and assets for advancing Agentforce and Generative AI initiatives within the digital stack.

• Best Practices: Contribute to the global SE community by developing reusable assets that showcase the power of Data Cloud for Marketing and Commerce.

3. Marketing & Event Support (行銷活動支援)

• Thought Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert at seminars, webinars, and major industry events.

• Brand Advocacy: Conduct high-visibility demonstrations that showcase Salesforce’s leadership in the Taiwan market.

Core Requirements | 基本條件

• Experience: 5–7 years of experience in Presales (CRM, ERP, MarTech, or E-commerce) or equivalent experience in System Integration (SI), Project Management, or Consulting.

• Communication: Proven track record of delivering compelling presentations and technical demonstrations to executive-level audiences (C-suite).

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Taiwan market landscape, specifically within Semiconductor/High-Tech, FSI, or Retail sectors.

• Language: Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
