Mision
As SR Account Director, with strong focus on Influencer Marketing, you will be the primary contact for the client, and the ultimate leader of the account team. You will manage the strategic vision, campaign execution, and financial performance of the account. This role requires close collaboration across strategy, creative, and data teams to ensure impactful results. You will also supervise workload and workflow management, oversee interdivisional projects, and drive efficiencies across teams.
Job Functions:
Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor account and project management teams to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Foster collaboration, provide regular feedback, and drive professional development.
• Supervise workload distribution and ensure smooth workflow processes.
Client Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Align campaign deliverables with client objectives, offering strategic counsel and clear feedback.
Strategy and Collaboration
• Oversee the strategic vision for campaigns, collaborating with strategy, creative, and data teams.
• Ensure campaigns align with client KPIs and deliver measurable results.
• Review proposals with Account Supervisors, providing guidance and ensuring strategic consistency.
Financial Oversight
• Manage budgets, P&Ls, and cost estimations to ensure financial health across accounts
• Allocate resources effectively and meet financial performance goals.
Business Development
• Identify growth opportunities within current accounts and lead pitches for new business.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
