Position Functions or Responsibilities:

1) Experience on SQL Server 2008, 2008R2 and 2012
2) Migration Experience, from SQL Server 2008 to 2012 , trouble shoot any issues if any
3) Work with various teams, in order to deploy, validate and manage issues related to their applications
4) Expertise on High Availability
   a) Able to set up always on , troubleshoot errors 
   b) Log shipping set up , troubleshooting errors and document
   c) Replication setup and monitoring, resolve issues when replication fails
   d) Experience on clustering 
5) Experience on working with big databases
6) Experience with SSRS,SSIS,SSAS and basic windows troubleshooting is a plus
7) Performance tuning – DB indexing, SQL Counters, Locking, DBCCS, DMVs commands etc
8) Backup & restore strategies
