About Us

Geeks On Site is a U.S.-based nationwide technology services company managing thousands of service orders across multiple states. We operate a high-volume field services model with technicians, dispatch, billing, and customer data flowing through multiple systems.

Our current challenge is reporting and analytics.

We have the data — but it is fragmented, slow, and not structured correctly for decision-making. We need an expert who can own reporting end-to-end, rebuild logic, and turn operational data into accurate, usable insights.

What We Need

We are looking for a strong SQL & Business Analytics specialist whose main focus is:

• Building accurate, scalable reports
• Cleaning and structuring data for analytics
• Creating business-ready dashboards that leadership can trust

Experience with Zoho (Analytics / CRM / FSM / Books) is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your ability to model data correctly and extract insights using SQL.

Scope of Work

1. Reporting & Data Modeling

• Review existing datasets and reporting structure
• Redesign data models to support operational, financial, and performance metrics
• Write optimized SQL queries to pull, join, and transform data

2. Business Analytics & Dashboards

• Build dashboards that reflect real operational performance
• Create metrics for job volume, technician productivity, revenue, and costs
• Ensure reports are accurate, consistent, and automation-ready

3. Data Cleanup & Logic Validation

• Identify missing fields, broken joins, and incorrect calculations
• Normalize data coming from multiple systems
• Validate outputs with real operational scenarios

4. Scalability & Performance

• Ensure reporting structure supports growth and higher volume
• Improve query performance and refresh reliability
• Reduce manual reporting dependency

Requirements:
Ideal Candidate Profile

You are a strong fit if you have:

Advanced SQL expertise (complex joins, transformations, performance optimization)
Experience building business analytics & operational dashboards
Strong understanding of data modeling & reporting logic
Ability to work with imperfect or fragmented data
Experience in operations, logistics, or field services is a big plus

Nice to have (not required):

• Zoho Analytics / Zoho CRM / Zoho FSM experience
• Experience working with ERP or dispatch systems

Deliverables

• Clean, reliable SQL-based reports
• Business-ready dashboards used by leadership
• Documented logic for metrics and calculations
• Recommendations for improving data structure long-term
