Job Description

• Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server administration

• Solid experience with SQL Server 2008 cluster installation and configuration.

• Knowledge of advanced features of SQL Server 2008 and 2012.

• Migration of Microsoft SQL databases from one platform to another

• Experience with Polyserve SQL server clusters with multiple nodes on each cluster mirroring and other methods of disaster recovery.

• Knowledge of SAN and Responsible for data loading, security, performance monitoring and tuning, capacity planning, and backup and recovery.

• Solid skills in database performance fine tuning and optimizing poorly performing queries, stored procedures.

• Prior experience in a fast paced high tech environment.

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
