Job Description

Lead/Manager

Administration DBA should be familiar with the below activities:

· SQL Server Architecture

· Installations and configurations

· Database creations and configuration

· Backup and Restoration

· Connectivity Configuration and troubleshooting

· Managing security of SQL Servers

· Maintenance of databases-Re-indexing and update statistics

· Managing DB corruption Issues

· Managing Performance Issues

· HA(Log-shipping and Always-On)

· Basic T-SQL knowledge

· SSIS/DTS

· DMV's/DBCC commands

· Clustering Architecture

· Locking and Blocking Issues

Minimum Qualification

• Graduation

Requirements:
· Managing all DBA functions and should have good people management skills.

· Excellent knowledge of SQL Server RDBMS systems. Their main goal is to ensure the availability (HA), consistent performance, security and compliance of critical Bank databases.

· Manage escalations of technical issues 24/7-365 days. Should be able to analyze and provide suggestions for solutions.

· Managing Vendors

· Ensure that the SLA’s are maintained

· Good English communication skills

· Should be able to work with high level of Integrity at work place.
