Playtech is looking for a proactive SQA Team Leader with analytical and great communication skills. 

As the Testing Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and guiding the testing efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software, driving continuous improvement and development within the team. You will collaborate closely with the development team, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that regression testing is conducted effectively. Your expertise in testing methodologies and leadership abilities will be crucial in helping the team achieve its goals efficiently.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Lead and inspire the QA team, ensuring high-quality standards across all projects.
• Plan, estimate, prioritize, and coordinate QA activities for ongoing projects.
• Create and execute test plans and test cases, ensuring entry and exit criteria are met.
• Maintain and evolve QA processes, standards, and guidelines for continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, keeping stakeholders informed about risks and progress.
• Collaborate with international teams and work across time zones.

Components for success. You...

• Bring 4+ years of experience as a Senior QA or QA Lead.
• Possess fluent verbal and writing communication skills in English.
• Have hands-on experience with system integration and user acceptance testing.
• Possess strong knowledge of QA methodologies and processes.
• Are experienced in Web & Mobile Testing and familiar with tools like JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, Chrome DevTools, Kibana, etc.
• Understand API and Client-Server architecture and can read system architecture documentation.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Communicate and present effectively, with leadership qualities to motivate and guide teams by providing professional feedback.
• Are proactive, positive, decision-maker with a business mindset and ability to work under pressure.
