• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren globalen Partnern wie unserem Auftragsfertiger, Partnerbereiche der Gruppe sowie den Systemlieferanten
• Präventive Absicherung bzw. Qualifizierung von Bauteilen im Rahmen der Projektbearbeitung bei Lieferanten bzgl. der geltenden Qualitätsstandards
• Durchführung von Produkt- und Prozessaudits zur Sicherstellung qualitativ einwandfreier Serienbelieferungen sowie ggf. Einleitung geeigneter Abstellmaßnahmen
• Durchführung entsprechender Freigabeprozesse unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Anforderungen aus den Lastenheften und den Spezifikationen sowie den internen Prüfanforderungen
• Durchführung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen, Ursachenanalyse und Fehlerabstellung durch Anwendung von Analyse- und Problemlösungstechniken und Hilfsmittel
• Initiierung und Überwachung von Maßnahmen in den Werken/beim Lieferanten sowie Teileabnahme im Vorfeld und zu den Produktionstests
• Leitung von interdisziplinär besetzten Task-Forces

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im präventiven und reaktiven Lieferantenmanagement als Prozessauditor nach VDA 6.3
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Q-Methodenanwendung der gängigen VDA Standards und Normenwelt
• Vertiefende Kenntnisse im Bereich von komplexen Industrialisierungs- und Montageprozessen erforderlich
• Starke Team- und Kommunikationskompetenz
• Hohe Flexibilität, Zielorientierung und Reisebereitschaft
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Zusätzliche Informationen:

Das Mindesgehalt beträgt für diese Position lt. Kollektivvertrag Metallgewerbe € 3.893,09. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
