Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate punctuality by consistently arriving on time each day
Jobsite clean-up and maintenance
Moving materials on the jobsite
Cleaning and oiling concrete forms
Grading rock for concrete placement
Manual excavation, when needed.
Qualifications/Experience:
Member of the Laborers Union, or willing to join.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
Must be a team player and self-starter.
Must be able to take direction.

Physical Requirements:
Lift 80 pounds from floor to waist 3x
lift 60 pounds waist to shoulder 3x
Overhead lift 60 pounds 3x
Bilateral Carry 80 pounds 2x for 50 feet
Gripping for 90 second with 30 pounds
Push and pull a sled with 97 lobs of force
Lift 80 pounds of concrete and carry for 50 ft 5x
Push 8 pound wheelbarrow 100 ft
Ascend and Descent 60 rungs on a vertical ladder
Squat, bend, kneel, and stoop
